For covered services, we will bill your insurance company and only applicable co-payments and/or co-insurance will be due on the date of service. Payments for services not covered by insurance are due on the day of service or in advance of treatment.
We encourage our patients to familiarize and educate themselves with their insurance benefits and coverage for infertility. It is important to ask the right questions in seeking coverage information.
