Unlimited IVF Plan: For a one time fee, patients can undergo UNLIMITED Fresh IVF Cycles within a 12 month plan period.

What is Included:

  • Extended Culture upto Blastocyst Stage.
  • In house Conscious Sedation
  • All in-house clinical monitoring, egg retrieval, embryo transfer and in-cycle medical consultations related to IVF.Services provided by the Embryology Laboratory, including the IVF procedure, embryo preparation and transfer.

What is not Included:

  • Initial consultation and work up before the inception in the program.
  • Diagnostic testing.
  • Donor Egg.
  • Donor sperm.
  • Medications
  • Outside Anesthesia
  • Cryopreservation of Embryos.
  • Surgeries not related to egg retrieval
  • ICSI
  • Assisted Hatching
  • Psychological and genetic counseling
  • Pregnancy Testing and OB ultrasounds.
  • Sperm Freezing or Storage fees.
  • Complications treatment cost incurred due to IVF cycle.
  • Any services, labs or facilities provided outside IVF Phoenix.

To Qualify:

  • CD 3 labs need to be with in normal limits
  • BAF >8
  • Normal uterine cavity
  • Must finish the IBP
  • If male factor must do ICSI
  • If prior failed IVF must get IVF director approval
