What is included?

  • Up to 3 cycles of ovarian stimulation with follicle aspiration including in-house
    conscious sedation and embryo culture.
  • Assisted hatching, if required.
  • Frozen Embryo Transfers (FET’s) until all cryopreserved embryos are used.

The obligation of the plan ends when a pregnancy is achieved and sustained for 24 weeks.

What is not included?

  • All pre-testing and any additional testing required by IVF Phoenix.
  • ICSI (Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection, if required).
  • Cryopreservation of all embryos not used during the stimulated cycle.
  • Any procedure or management performed outside the IVF Phoenix facility.
  • Outside anesthesia charges.
  • All medications prescribed before, during or after the treatment.
  • Cost of donor sperm, if required.
  • PGD ( Pre –implantation Genetic Diagnosis).
  • OB ultrasound monitoring.
  • Any medically required follow-up.
